Join our Guide Indiana Bones and explore the Seven Original Streets within the City’s historic commercial district!

Explore the secret stories of the city’s seven original streets and medieval history from ancient boundary stones to hidden Liver Birds!

Meeting at the historic Queen Victoria Monument (the site of Liverpool’s Castle) you will be transported through the city’s archives, uncovering the location of the former secret headquarters to the American Confederacy, hear tales of the murderous black widows and find out just where that third Liver Bird is hiding… Finishing at the location of Herman Melville’s Dead House…

Suitable for all the family

HIDDEN HISTORIES tours are family friendly and will take place every Saturday at 3.00pm from the Queen Victoria Monument and will end at St Nicholas’ Churchyard, Chapel Street. En route you will see the city’s wonderful architecture, stunning views, breathtaking locations whilst your guide regales you with carefully crafted tales from the pages and pavements of Liverpool’s incredible past.

Are the tours wheelchair friendly?

The Seven Original Streets tour is accessible but please be aware that there are cobbled streets and curbs
