TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Shiverpool.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Shiverpool, members of their immediate families and anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
3. Promotion Period
The prize draw opens on Sunday 6 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 13 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
4. How to Enter
The prize draw is being promoted across Shiverpool's:

Entrants may make one valid entry on each platform, giving a maximum of four entries per person across the prize draw.
Entrants must follow the entry instructions stated on the relevant Shiverpool promotional post.
Entry requirements may include following Shiverpool, liking the promotional post, commenting or tagging another person, or reposting the promotional post, depending upon the platform.
Only entries which comply with the entry requirements stated on the relevant platform will be entered into the draw.
Multiple accounts created or used by the same person in an attempt to obtain additional entries may be disqualified.
5. The Prize
There is one prize bundle and one winner.
The winner will receive:
2 x tickets for Shiverpool's Hope Street Shivers
1 x Magenta Bat Detector, advertised retail value approximately £70
1 x Glow-in-the-Dark Sparkly Ghost Key Chain
1 x Glow-in-the-Dark Sparkly Liver Bird Pin Badge
6. Hope Street Shivers Tickets
The two Hope Street Shivers tickets may be used together for one scheduled public Hope Street Shivers tour.
Tickets are:
subject to availability;
subject to Shiverpool's normal tour schedule and operating arrangements;
not valid for private tours, special events or separately ticketed experiences unless expressly agreed by Shiverpool.
The winner should contact Shiverpool to arrange their preferred available date.
7. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Shiverpool reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an item of equivalent or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
8. Winner Selection
Following the closing date, all valid entries from the participating Shiverpool social-media platforms will be collated.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The selection will be made using a verifiably random selection process, and Shiverpool will retain appropriate evidence of the draw.
9. Contacting the Winner
Shiverpool will contact the winner through the social-media account used to make the winning entry.
The winner should respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, Shiverpool reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
10. Prize Delivery
Shiverpool will arrange collection or delivery of the physical prizes with the winner.
The winner may be required to provide their name, email address and/or postal address solely for the administration and fulfilment of the prize.
11. Winner Announcement
Shiverpool may announce the winner's name and/or social-media username on its social-media channels following confirmation of the winning entry.
Where required by applicable promotional rules, information confirming that a valid prize was awarded will be made available on request, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
12. Social-Media Platforms
This promotion is organised and administered solely by Shiverpool.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or X.
Entrants release the relevant social-media platforms from responsibility in connection with the administration of this prize draw to the extent permitted by law.
13. Entries and Platform Availability
Shiverpool cannot accept responsibility for entries which are not successfully received because of technical faults, platform outages, privacy settings, connectivity problems or other circumstances outside Shiverpool's reasonable control.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entry is visible and capable of being verified where this forms part of the entry requirements.
14. Fair Participation
Shiverpool reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, generated through multiple accounts, manipulated or otherwise contrary to the spirit or rules of the promotion.
15. Changes or Cancellation
Shiverpool will not change the closing date, entry conditions or other material terms of the promotion except where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable and where doing so would be fair to participants.
16. Data Protection
Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be used for administering the promotion, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
Information will not automatically be added to a marketing mailing list merely because someone enters the prize draw.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Shiverpool's Privacy Policy.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
18. General
Shiverpool's decision regarding the administration of the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
